What types of events do you cover?

How do your reps learn about our brand before the event?

Every engagement starts with a structured brand briefing. We learn your products or services, your ideal customer profile, the key messages you want conveyed, and the goals for the specific event. Your rep doesn't show up to improvise — they show up prepared.

What does the post-event Lead Intelligence Report include?

The report includes every lead captured during the event, segmented by qualification level, along with key insights from conversations, patterns we noticed, and recommended next steps for your sales team. You'll receive it within 48 hours of the event ending.

How long does the In-House Rep Program take?

The core training consists of 3 sessions spread over 2-3 weeks, followed by live coaching at your first event. After that, we remain available for support for 90 days. Most clients feel their rep is event-ready by the end of session 2.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event so we have enough time for the brand briefing, script development, and logistics coordination. For large events or multi-rep deployments, 3-4 weeks is ideal.
